Refund policy

Operation Sugarplum Return & Refund Policy

Because each Operation Sugarplum kit is personalized and custom-prepared, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except in the following situations:

  1. Spelling Errors Made by Us

    • If a name or detail is misspelled due to our mistake (different from the information you entered online), we will replace or correct the item at no cost to you.

  2. Damaged Products

    • If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, we will contact the postal carrier for a refund. 

  3. Order Mix-Ups

    • If you receive the wrong order (different from what you purchased), we will correct the mistake and ship the right kit immediately.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the incorrect information was provided at the time of ordering (e.g., misspelled names submitted online).

  • We also cannot accept returns for “change of mind” after a personalized order has been made.

How to Request Help

If you experience an issue covered under our return policy, please email us at janice@operationsugarplum.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable (for damage or incorrect order)

Our team will review your case promptly and work with you to make it right.


Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
